To make it tastier, I mix one spoon of Spirulina with Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy. My favorite flavor is orange, which you can find here. I’ve tried other flavors, but I always come back to this one! I just shake them together and enjoy. If you prefer, you can drink Spirulina on its own, but the orange flavor gives it a nice twist.

Even my youngest child enjoys it! Since he’s a picky eater and doesn’t get enough nutrients from his meals, I give him Spirulina almost every day.
